Has any got one of these I can't find any reviews or much info for that matter. I like the way it can take 3*AAA as well as 18650.

That goes way back , have 2 under other labels ...
Use AAA or 18650 , and never try 2xCR123 , 6v + may fry the driver [ Fried mine ]
Also tail clicky , can be a problem [ not so good ] Both of mine have issue ..
You are getting old. 
In Q3/Q5 days, AAA/18650 were the rage as I recall. Got it from Goldengadgets. The tail switch on the first was DOA, but GG promptly sent a replacement.
