its a Ultrafire 502B with R2 led, as in the title. (take note, that the link title actually mentions a Q3)
Dont know how to distinguish the difference between the R2 and Q3 by looking at the pictures....)
Just to make sure, everyone knows, Im not related to DD, but I search on their website almost daily for good deals, and find them once in a while!
Here is the link... only $5.69 with blue 18650 battery and 1 bay charger...
I really dont need it.. but its almost too good to let it go..
anyway, I pass this time (most probably)
If you use the following coupon code, you can get 6% extra off; FONAREVKA price will be only $5.35. *Thanks Torelu*
If you order over $30, you can use the following coupon code; oneworldweshare to get $5 discount.
if you order over $50, you can use the following coupon code: DDthanksgiving to get $10 discount.
*Thanks MixoMaxo*
I order 2. The drop in alone cost as much as the light.
This is why i love DD. Got to be a smart shopper to really appreciate!!! I got too many crazy deals there and they always honor the price and ship them.
Yes, they are having a so-called Xmas sale.... This is a great price.
The blue Ultrafire battery, it is unprotected. I have a 2400 and another 3800mAh, measured about 1400-1600mAh in capacity @ 1A draw. They can give over 3A. But these cells are not advisable to be used by the newbies, be careful.
But the charger should be good, charge with protected cells and see if they cut off below 4.23V.
Yep I used FONAREVKA too. If these lights don't have low voltage cutoff (and I assume they don't) they're asking for trouble selling them with unprotected batts eh?
DXADEALS, or maybe it was DXADEAL, is good for 10%. May heve R2 stamped on the body like the WF 504b did, with a different drop in, presumably a Q3 this time. Ordered one, thanks ChibiM.
@2pts1scn; sorry, but both the codes dont work! maybe you can use them after a certain amount.. please let me know, so I can add it into my first post!
For $5.35 I'll bite. I don't have a WF-502b anyway... I've never ordered from DD so I setup an account and spend some time on the site which looks very nice. I checked for an XML drop-in for the 502b and only found one and the reviews didn't match the item description... They indicated they were for a MagLite drop-in(?). If the light is well-driven with a good emitter, I may try to drop my 28mm aspheric in to make a pocket thrower. I may just rob the dropin from this host and put it in a WF-501a body with the aspheric and put an XML drop-in in this host...
<edit>I guess I missed something... After I checked out, I noticed that the amount was $7.35; an extra $2 for insurance had been added to the order.
