Today I am posting my review of the UltraFire WK-67 modular pen light.
My light arrived in a plain white box with no branding or markings on it.
It’s quite the long boy, here it is by itself and next to my Reylight titanium penlight
The light itself has a lot going on, it breaks down to 5 main body pieces with a touchscreen rubber pad on the tail end. From top to bottom the light consists of the main light, a reversible flathead and phillips screwdriver combo with a bottle opener/flint striker tool, ferro rod, and a teeny tiny glass breaker.
The light charges via a USB-C under a tiny grey flap, it uses a ICR 10280 300mAh
It charges at a cool 5v .5a
I’m not sure what emitter is in this because around the dome was pretty mangled from the TIR lens. Unfortunately there are quite a few artifacts in the beam due to the crud from the emitter inside the lens. I tried to get a photo of it but I couldn’t get it to show up in a picture
The beam itself is useable and it throws quite far, it’s very cold with it’s CCT and well below BBL
The user interface is extremely simple
Click to turn on and click and hold to cycle through the modes, double click will activate turbo mode. Then click to turn off with a satisfying tactile feel.
I personally found the light too long for a practical use as a flashlight but as a throw in your bag or car as a back up light it will fill that niche. The screwdriver steel seems a bit soft so it was handy for loose screws that just need a quick tighten until you can grab a proper tool. The lights clip surprised me with how sturdy it is while being springy enough to clip to a hat. The ferro rod and striker worked well enough in a pinch when I need to make a fire, it is a bit tricky though with it only being 25mm long.
Pros:
- Great multi-use light
- Surprisingly light for how long it is
- Throws nicely for its size
- Clip is quite sturdy for its springiness
- Good price
Cons:
- Beam has artifacts from damaged emitter surface
- A tiny rattle from the screwdriver bit (if that’s something that could bug you)

The light retails for 23.99 on UltraFire’s website which in my opinion is not a bad price for what you get. If you need a light that has multiple uses for tinkering and quick field repairs or if you know someone who would appreciate it as a gift. I wouldn’t get this light if plan to EDC it in your pocket as it’s way too long.
