Recently I started getting promotion Emails from AliExpress, I pressed the unsubscribed link and redirected to confirmation page but it seems like it has no affect and I continue getting this Emails.
I don't want to create a spam filter since I do want to get Emails from Ali regarding my orders.
Do you have any advice?
Once is not enough. Eventually they will learn.
they send a lot of emails if you ever signed up or bought something off of them.
tried unsubscribing many times, didn’t work.
It maybe like amazon where you have to log in to your account and find the settings to turn it off.
I my country there is a law against it, if you unsubscribed and still get Email you can sue and earn 150 USD for each mail you got but I guess it is not including companies from china :(
amazon is far more difficult, has anyone tried to cancel (=delete) your Amazon account? you have to actually contact their team to make that happen, there is not button or function for it.
I ised to get promo email from aliexp. After countless unsubscribe responses they did finally stop.
I only receive e-mails from AliExpress related to my orders.
In the App I went to Account > Settings > Notification Settings and I only allowed notifications from Orders.
In case you don’t use the mobile App, maybe you can go to your account and in the red bar chose Account Settings > Edit Settings > Email notifications and then enable/disable it.
