Hope this trend lasts at least long enough to manifest as a 3.5mm jack in my next phone. Otherwise the Anker DAC I bought for the present phone is adequate, sparing me the routine weaknesses of bluetooth: connection drops, loss of pairing, battery management, two volume dials, quality loss.
