Vapcell 18650 4000mAh - quick amateur discharge test

No problem. I am an amateur in this field and can only rely on what my charger shows.
It depends on what we mean by known capacity.
I would think that my charger is cheating, but a simple Wuben 2600 mAh battery knows the capacity. The Molicel and Samsung batteries were also relatively close to the values.
In the vast majority of cases, my batteries do not know the specified capacity, so either I am unlucky or my charger cheats randomly but consistently. For multiple runs with the same results. I do not know what to think.
Running discharge only on the S4+, the resting voltage of the battery is 2.76V.

Round cell chargers can be inconsistent but usually not by much and definitely not by this much. Perhaps the cells have changed or the ones you tested are a different grade.

I’m not surprised. The majority of my batteries do not meet the manufacturer’s specifications. I guess I’m just not very lucky. Does not matter. Now the battery is in the headlamp, if it is discharged I put it in the Opus bt c100. I ran a test on it as well, although so far it has always produced very similar results to the S4+.
