Soldered or spot-welded? Using nickel strips, copper strips or sandwich nickel/copper? With standard balancing connector? What power connector types (XT30, XT60, XT90, etc) are available? How much for the assembly, and then how much & how long for shipping?
Please let us know the details – I’m pretty sure they are important to everyone (and for my current project, I’m still using standalone batteries in high-current battery holders, but I’m planning on packs – if price/shipping etc are reasonable, would rather buy them ready than solder them myself).

1.Battery packs are spot welded with nickel strips and buses are soldered.
2.Processing costs are also changed with the number of orders, small quantities of processing costs for 0.5-0.6USD a, like 4S6P, processing costs is 4 * 6 * 0.5 = 12usd, generally includes the unit price of the lead, bracket, fiber tape and other accessories, but does not include the bms, the larger the combination, often the more difficult to process, the more expensive the processing costs!
3.We have XT30, XT60, XT90.
4.Freight costs need to be based on the weight to find the logistics provider quotes, this is not fixed, the transportation time depends on which country to send!
