Keep your eye out for laptop pack deal threads. None of those packs have had any bad cells for me. Buying random packs will likely not lead to getting good cells. Also salvaging packs from recycle bins (free) should prove fruitful every now and then at the cost of a few minutes of disassembly per pack… Which reminds me that I need to go bin diving again soon.
