just bought a Bushnell branded headlamp from wally world to use as a headlamp for work.

Much brighter than the cheaper energizer headlamps I usually use.
a little heavier with three AA batteries, BUT an advertised 4 3/4 hour run time on high <225 lumens

so far I can say I like the fact that the top middle strap Is removable as it gets in the way on my hard hat. The light is much more effective since it is a whole lot brighter. and I can easily deal with four hour runtime. A low setting is nice for when I am working up close.

I highly recommend this for the money as I feel the only drawback is its a little heavy on my head with the added weight of the hard hat and small tape measure clipped to it. OH yeah the button is kinda small when wearing leather gloves.

Yes, the link that onetrickpony provided is the EXACT lamp.
I apologise for not uploading any pics or listing a price (lost receipt).
another thing i have noticed about it is it does not have any kind of O ring inside the battery case to keep water out and i do not remember the package advertising any kind of ipx ratings. But i did use it today in the rain today without any malfunctions.

Do i need seperate hosting for pictures or does the forum provide?

twenty three dollars US sounds right for the price i paid for it.
If you can deal with the extra weigt and the tiny buttonsi feel that this “budget” headlamp is worth the money.
