I’m not a big fan of 26650 lights, but this deal got me looking around CNQualityGoods, and I found two other Shadow lights to order instead
Shadow TC6 , and Shadow MNI TC6
Just my luck. Ordered two lights and paid an extra $30 for DHL shipping so I wouldn’t have to wait a month to get them and then cnqualitygoods goes down hard. Ric hasn’t been on BLF since the site went down so there’s no response to my PM.
This was my first order form cnqualitygoods. Do they normally send out any kind of email with order info, shipping info, tracking, etc? I haven’t heard anything since I ordered a week ago.
I also noticed his website has been down for a few days. Try to contact him through the fancyflashlights - it’s also Ric’s. I haven’t ordered much, and don’t think I’ve ever been sent any tracking info, but the lights always arrive OK. Hopefully it’s already on it’s way.
They are of course on holiday at the moment for a few days.
Ive only had one order through CNQ, no emails with invoices or confirmation of order, nor of shipping. But the stuff arrived no issues. Its been brought up before, the same consensus re:emails re sales is drawn. No idea why they dont address that, maybe thats what they are doing now with the site down. Actually IIRC, there were a few things on the site that needed fixing. Lets hope they are upgrading it and its not just crashed while the office is empty and no ones noticed it.
Give it as much as 40 days, then PP dispute if necessary. You should be fine though as most get their stuff, I say most because theres bound to be issues sometimes, even if its the carriers fault.
40 days? Thats my concern. I payed an extra $30 for faster DHL shipping. I just want some kind of confirmation that they did ship DHL.
I think there is a holiday/festival going on. Than might explain a few things.

Fwiw I’ve had a few orders from cnqg (each w/ tracking) and I got emails regarding the shipment and I’m fairly certain the order as well. The headings on the emails were ‘Sales’.
Damn. Hope you guys get your orders or money back.
I’ve learned my lesson twice with Ric, so i’ve just deleted CNQ and Fancyflashlight from my favorites.

I notice this on the 31.05 with the CNQ page, too. I sent an email to Ric and he answered within 12 hours. CNQ will be online again on 03. (after the dragon boat festival) but it will be also possible to order directly form him, if you know, what you want. I will do this now.
I ordered a few times (from CNQ and fancyflashlight - some products are only available in one shop, other products only in the other) in the last 1-2 years and the products are good and shipped fast.
