I was at a grocery store today and I heard this while I was checking out. It caught me off guard. I only noticed it after I put my items on the conveyor belt. I don’t recall hearing music while I was in any of the aisles. Is it possible they are playing feel good songs in the checkout area as you are paying to distract you or alter your mood?
It worked on me. I only occasionally go to that store. I’m going to have to go back when I’m in that area and pay more attention.

Emre Sertkaya • Gönülde Gönüle – "Minnet Eylemem" (live, 2017)

Don't know much about this one, except that it is Turkish.

It's got good falsetto singing, with tasty accompaniment on stringed instruments.

Interesting… a French-influenced fusion of reggae and hip-hop!

FYI: You can embed a YouTube video by pasting its link in your post. Add blank lines above and below, as needed, to separate it from any text in your post. And you probably should add some text. Include the artist name and song title, at least, so that folks can use the BLF search function to look up your post later.

Love me some Jimi!

Found this YouTube playlist that seems to contain the entire concert.

Yes, I have that double CD and the movie. Back in the early '80s I got it on bootleg but it was only half the amount of music. Technology can be great just look at our flashlights how much they have improved.

I’ve got a lot of Hendrix in my music collection, but not this one!

Back in the day, however, I did see the bits that appeared in the movie Rainbow Bridge.

Thanks for posting.

Pali Gap was the requested song to be played at a friend of mine’s funeral a few years ago, a superb tune.

I attended his concert he had on Oahu at the Waikiki Shell about a year before the Maui one. The one thing that sticks out in my mind was when he stopped in the middle of one of his songs to tell the audience " Man, what’s the matter with you guy’s, in San Fran they go crazy for me ". The crowd in Hawaii is really laid back compared to the mainland, I guess that pissed him off. LOL
