Close to what you want is Skilhunt E3A. It has 4000k and higher CCT versions.
My experiment with 3 ohm resistor on 4000k version is there.
Fenix E01 had higher CCT, so for similar light you may use more energy efficient 6500k variant and stronger 4 ohm resistor, what should allow longer runtime ~11 h.
A resistor can be changed for low price in electronic repair service.
