… and a modified Kubey Thalia today…
Modified Bugout! I seriously love this knife. The weight of it (with the copper scales), the action, the blade. It’s just great all around!
Got the new Sage 5 in SPY27. Will I notice the difference? Not sure. For now, it’s just the crispness of a stock Sage 5!
I’ll eventually move it closer to my modified S30V version.
Kubey JL Drop Point!
I’ve been sharpening my own knives for years on a serviceable diamond Lansky system… I finally wore out the adjustment threading on the clamp.
My first foray into that next level of sharpening systems -Hapstone RS - is yielding results I could barely hope to achieve and I haven’t even gotten my hands on some mid-range stones yet.
Still need to greet used to it, but it’s already put better, bitey polished edges on my Spyderco Manix II & my Civivi Qubit than I’ve been able to make before.
Begleiter 2 with some ergonomic softening on the scale edges.
Kubey Dugu again…
How do you keep from losing all of the parts in your pocket while EDCing this one??
I have a few ZT knives. Including that 0350 model. I think ZT doesn’t get the attention it deserves. A bit on the heavy side, but they are built like tanks and extremely well put together knives.
MBK EZC
A SRM Asika (Small)
One of my two EDC blades, the other being a Beluga mini.
I really love it because of aestetics and quality. Maybe not be the best blade possible for EDC but there is nothing wrong with it and I think it looks pretty civilized. That is good because mine is an urban EDC.
