Gords1001 posted a link to an ebay auction, which led me to search for the KDQ5 light on ebay,
and this is what I found out..
I then changed the search to just: KDQ, and found a few more interesting finds.
Not sure why they want to sell them for only a few $ less than the real brands?
Real brands give warranty, and with a no-name light, you wont.
The funny thing is, is that most of the pics on ebay are photoshopped, look for example of the jetbeam ddr, you can still see the jetbeam name in the picture.
Also for the Fenix HL, you can see that the word fenix is shopped, and see a strange orange looking mark on top left.
Hmm, interesting find. The seller’s ratings are fairly low, and the EA8 has the text for some sort of smartphone pasted into its description. But we already saw some pretty decent EA4 clones from FastTech, so I don’t doubt that these could exist. Also, some of them have very expensive shipping (~$30), which makes the difference between the clone and the original much less significant. But I’m still interested.
