What is the smallest light with colored aux LEDs

I love my d4v2 and after learning the UI better I’m not (as) afraid to let my 2 year old play with it in lockout mode, so I might get her one. Are there any other lights with anduril and aux LEDs that are smaller/use 14500?

So far there are no stock 14500 lights with Anduril, and even less with aux coloured leds!
The smallest - in size - you’ll get is a D4 with 18350 tube.
Still, to give it to a kid, I wouldn’t risk it, unless it was well e-locked.

Yeah, I’m not super comfortable with her having a D4. I was hoping there were smaller, less powerful ones.

I can’t think of any.

For a couple years I used a bushnell TRKR 1AA. It was nice while it worked. The tail cap switch corroded internally and I have not been able to clean it out or repair it. It only runs at 1.2-1.5V mind you… so no Lithium 4.2V 14500. It has red, blue-ish purple and white LED color. They have discontinued it, but you can still find the 2AA and 4AA variants on amazon.

My daughter used this light on her girl scout camps. IMHO its a perfect kid-light. Too bad mine died.

I am not sure if the switches on these lights are all as dodgy as mine. FWIW this has been my first and only experience with anything Bushnell… I’m more of a Leupold fan for field optics, Just wish they made a compact monocular… shrug.

If you look closely you can see the green-ish corrosion down into the metal contacts.

The corrosion was also coating the aluminum tail cap. I was able to clean this, but not the click switch internal contacts. So I dont use this light anymore, it flickers on/off and like a candle.

I don’t know if you’re going to be able to find them anymore but here’s a few.

Nitecore EC21 it’s powered by a 18650 but it’s still pretty compact

Xtar H1, H2 and H3 H1 is aa or 14500, H2 is 16340 and H3 is 18650
