Reminder, report what you actually know — there’s enough variation that even several samples of “exactly the same light” may not swap parts easily.
We can’t tell you what you will find out with the parts you get — not with any real assurance it will or won’t work.
Nope. It doesn’t fit.

The bare A6 tubes that don’t work on the BLF A6 fits a Skilhunt H02 :
It also fits a Skilhunt H15 but you need a tailcap from a H02 :

EDITED, more thorough look:
The older Solarforce chromed steel clip (meant for the Solarforce tail threads) happen to very nicely fit over the KX5 head-to-bezel thread.
This is the old “deep carry/reversible” clip that, sad to say, Solarforce no longer has for sale.
It’s chromed steel — quite thin, and only slightly thicker than the gap on my KX5 between the head and bezel.
Check yours — see if there’s a gap between bezel and head, or if the bezel screws down tight on the head
The ring of the clip can be made even thinner with a little sanding, as the chrome plating made it rough and bumpy.
(The bezel is at the bottom, then the clip, then the ribbed part of the head is at the top, in this picture)
The regular Solarforce clip sold now does not fit, it has a smaller opening and is thicker (made of aluminum)

Head form a “old” Convoy C8 with alu pill and the tube from Olight M3XS-UT JAVELOT :
The Javelot tube is a bit longer in the treads but it works.
The led is a XHP-50 driven direct from the two batteries.

Jaxman E2
It lego’s perfectly with the Convoy S2+, including short tube:
Battery tube extension for Convoy C8!
Today I got this from Fasttech: Extension tube for 1*18650 C8…
And it really fits my Convoy C8 (new model with Integrated pill) nearly perfect.
Physical appearence:
Threads are a perfect match and run smoothly without lubrication. The thread on the switch side is a little too long, just so much that the o-ring is not touched by the switch unit. So it’s not waterproof but electrical connection is fine. A pair of LG Hg2 flattops rattles a little, two NCR18650Bs protected just barely fit, but the contact is closed.
Optical appearence:
the knurling seems identical to the C8, but the black anodizing is a little shiny. Not as matte as the C8. And of course between extension tube and switch cap the o-ring is visible. I’ll try to add a picture, but that normally doesn’t work (’cause I’m too stupid to add a photo?!?)
On the cellphone picture the difference is more prominent than to the naked eye!
The Jaxman UV also legoes perfectly with the S2+
And that includes Hoop’s new copper pills for the S2+, they fit perfectly in the Jaxman UV light and I’d guess also in the E2 that 1dash1 pictures above in the thread.
Negative report: the Cometa is supposed to be an improved Jax Z1, but the Cometa doesn’t lego with the Z1 — several things are different

Thanks for letting everyone know.
I wasn’t sure whether to wait for the problem’s to be sorted out with the Cometa and then buy one or to just buy the Jax Z1 elsewhere, I know now.
Sharpie reports at that the Cu and Al X5 and X6 light parts Lego together fine, correcting what I thought I’d read somewhere:
This — sorry to say it’s sold out — is a body-and-tailcap that was being closed out recently.
Turns out it fits the head and tailcap threads of the X5, though the threads aren’t long enough and it needs an extra retaining ring or other filler to light up.

“Optiled” is the name on the tube.
Astrolux S41 and bare BLF A6 lego perfectly fine with each other. I can interchange heads, long or short tubes and switches as I want. Both lights work in any combination!
I was recently made aware by a fellow member that there is actually one component of the Jaxman Z1 that will lego with the Cometa. As I received a Jaxman Z1 a couple of days ago, I can now verify the information is 100% true. The component legos perfectly… :+1:
The component would be ………………………………………. the lens cap. :person_facepalming:
The lens swaps too. I’m actually running the Z1 lens on my Cometa, because I have the old XP-G2 de-domed pulling 5.65 amps and it boosted the LUX up a bit. They fit each other better, no moving the lens around to get it on center. Weird!
:+1: Thanks, I was unaware of that. Good info…….

Reddit summaries are sometimes useful when people haven’t been ‘through the wars’ as things developed and are wondering “what legos with what”

And I”m wondering if there are triple spacers and optics made or that happen to fit them.
