Well some of you may know I have a Olight SR51 coming that should probably be here next Monday. It's in CA at this moment. But I have been wanting to buy a Fenix TK70. I found one for $165 shipped. Then I have to buy a NIMH charger and NIMH batteries which is another $65 or so. Well now I found this Olight SR50 at an even better deal than this below at $85 shipped. This is the complete package. And seller said he would even throw in both battery carriers. Man I just don't know what to do. But that is a great buy on this light.
I just really hate to spend that much money on the Fenix TK70 after you figure batteries and charger. I don't have to have it, but I would like to own one. What to do.
I hear ya. But I sure would like a TK70 for Christmas. But I hate to pass up a good deal along the way. I don't know how much longer the Olight SR50 will out there to be had.
ILF, buying lights has become an obsession with you. You seriously need therapy. Unfortunately you'll have to learn patience. There are a whole lot of us before you in the queue at the shrink's.............
Wait until you get the Olight and then figure out what you like and don't like about it and how the next light will fill a different purpose or if it is just a duplicate of what the Olight is doing for you.
To me, big lights aren't that useful because I don't want carry them around and they put off more light than I want for walking around. I use my smaller lights more often.
My advice, which you won't get at CPF: buy neither. Wait for your SR51 first.
