Ditto, brother! I have been waiting a month for a couple packages from CNQG I desperately need. I had to order some stuff from Craig to cover me ass and I hope it will arrive early next week.

First order Manafont as agreed highest rate and very fast will go back again.
I'd really like to hear how you get on with it - especially as you have access to Leitz optics to compare it with. I've already made my views clear - I used to sell a lot of the Leitz stuff to people who expected to spend less than 5% of what they ended up spending. And even 30 years later i reckon they got better than they were expecting. And I am really, really bad at selling stuff. For one customer who came in expecting to spend several thousand pounds on a Wallner (Fit on Leitz enlargers) colour head I got his cost down to 3% of what he was prepared to spend. And exactly the same output.
I wonder what happened at Manafont? Used to be great. I'll tell you who has got the message on turnaround times from China: Solarforce. When I first started ordering from them (about 18 months ago) one month shipping was not uncommon. My last half dozen orders (a lot of people want Foy to 'get' them a light) have all arrived in under two weeks.
Yes . . . two weeks still sucks but we're talkin' free/$2 shipping from Hong Kong. Apparently, there's a lot I don't understand about the mailing process from China.

Got a tripod a while back, but finally putting up the pics. Very cool, but not sure if Ill ever actually use it.. lol. one day. Its cool that it had a 'mobile phone clamp' but it really feels more like a torch clamp to me.
I know its not budget, not if I had to forgo food for several weeks, but I thought it was really really cool to buy a replacement heatsink fin with holes in them.

Yesterday I got this Imax B6 clone from ebay for $33 shipped. The charger was in Miami so it only took a week to get here. Seems very complicated but i'm figuring it out with a little help. Pretty fun little toy.
I got a Ganzo G710. I don't have a BM 950 Rift to compare it to but so far I like it. The scales are a little rough but you kind of expect that when you get a Ganzo or Navy knife with G10 scales.
Don't hold your breath ... it might take a while until I can do a side by side comparison against the Leica Trinovid. But don't expect no wonders the Leica is a +$1000 bino for a reason. At the moment I only have the chance to compare it to cheapos. The weather is horribly cold ATM (0-7°C), so I'm not in the mood for searching a nice view field.
