So i was bored and DE-dommed my D80 and now it don’t work it still looks okay but its not powering on i may have just moved the LED so maybe re attaching it will work i don’t know how to do that so ill leave it…
Looks like one or two of the wires got severed during the dedome? A little hard to tell though.
Yeah, I don’t see any bond wires.
Yea probably i was half asleep i learn my lesson now first one i have stuffed up… hopefully no more
Not much of a screw up, but I was removing two tiny screws holding a spacer on a light (so far, removing two screws is the limit of my ability) and I just did it at my desk. One of the screws dropped onto the hard desktop and bounced onto the floor under the desk. Somewhere. And it turned invisible on the way down, lol.
The good news is the floor under the desk is now REALLY clean. And I found the screw.
