Even if every politician spontaneously combusted right now there’d still be a bunch of extremely powerful and wealthy business interests just waiting to talk to the new guys. I don’t think one bomb would do it. :weary:
I laughed a lot watching this movie, and I was supposed to. Success! Pure fluff and pure fun.
The animation style has a little more flair this time around. It’s more stylized (almost like a cross between the original PiB and the opening dream sequence from Kung Fu Panda).
Cat Jokes/Gags Nursery Rhyme/Fairy Tale References Frenetic Puss in Boots action sequences Hilarious line delivery by the cast Amazing pacing. (Never once thought about the time)
If you are typically able to derive enjoyment from animated features then I recommend this movie.
Thank you for telling us murder is wrong oh wise one.
Seriously though, nobody here is brainstorming terrorist actions. We’re just sitting around wishing that it was as easy to fight corruption in real life as it is in the movies.
1. The Skin i Live In….took a lot of concentration to keep up. AB is great.
2. Gary Oldman is wonderful in EVERY movie we have seen with him.
3. Nice Dreams. nice. really nice. opposite of #1 above. no brain needed.
again, thanks for posting your movie suggestions.
over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays,
our plans are to “binge” on movies.
Most of the acting is very good for a horror flick.
The music is excellent.
I must warn you, though, this movie is quite slow.
Also, it can be frustrating to watch because most of the characters don't believe the main character because what she describes only happens in horror movies, and never happens in real life.
There are plenty of horror movies like that, and it's annoying (for me) every time.
On the other hand, the plot is satisfying, and the movie makes sense by the end.
If you can handle slow horror/mystery movies, you might enjoy this one.
Watched “T-34”
Kind of a Russian version of the FURY tank movie.
In dubbed English. Not real great CGI.
Plenty of action, very entertaining.
All the Best,
Jeff
Started it. Stopped it at 20 mins in. This is… bizarre. Of course, all of those A-List actors is major eye-candy. I love seeing the banter, akin to Ocean’s 12. Haven’t resumed it yet. Knives Out v1 was super fun. I’m not feeling like v2 is going to be as good. And from word here, sounds like that’s the case.
Btw, Ed Norton’s character reminds me somewhat of Elon Musk… and the hate is about on par.
