So1oled, here are some things I have found helpful. This is just the tip of the iceberg as to the info that is available. But it should give you a good start as to some good places to find answers to your questions… from the easy ones to as deep as you want to go.
My advice would be to pay close attention to the safe handling & treatment of LiIon batteries, follow those suggestions, and chances are you will have a long & harmonious outcome with Li Ion’s.
