Which TV show did you watch lastֻ

Hmm…
Looks interesting! :upside_down_face:

I was telling my friend to watch “Ray Donovan”, I ended up watching several episodes.

Just finish 1923. White Lotus and Dark Winds next. You is coming back soon along with Walking Dead spinoff.

I saw Joe Joyce vs. Filip Hrgovic, a heavyweight boxing match from 2025-04-05.
The beginning of the fight was interesting.
The later part of the fight was kinda monotonous.
Overall, I wasn’t all that impressed.
The commentators thought it was a good fight, though.

Andy Griffith: “A feud is a feud.”
couldn’t find a good link…
seems relevant.

Pacific Blue
Bicycle officers patrol Santa Monica, California.

Older show, not great but also not too bad.

Hacks is back.

1 Thank

Hacks is great. I just got into it last season. One of my new favs.
Also highly recommend The Pitt.

Hadn’t even heard of Hacks, so that’s on next.

Binged The Residence, very Knives Out, Glass Onion whodunnit, light and fun.

Now hooked on Bodkin, decent story and well cast actors.

Just started watching this. I “think” I like it. Wife is kinda iffy on it. Seems to put in lots of obvious forshadowing. We’ll see…

Binge watched Adolescence last weekend. Good and tragic, and well acted, alas, I felt it was a bit long. They could have easily made it into 3 episodes instead of 4.

Just finished Daredevil Born Again As a Comic-Book Nerd, I really liked it, dark as it was, even with the bad stuff in the first episode (and some of the others). If you haven’t watched any of the series, I’d recommend watching the first Daredevil TV series or you might be a bit lost. One of the main things that made it appeal is its realisim (more or less). The dude gets beat up and winded during & after fights. Other superheros just waltz thru stuff and they’re fine after.

Oh, and if you do/did read the comics, there’s still a glimmer of hope for what happened in the first episode…'nuff said…

Watched a few episodes of this the other night. It’s pretty lighthearted and funny…

I finished up Season 1 of Brilliant Minds.
I really like the show, but there are many characters in the show that live alternative lifestyles, which limits the appeal of the show.
The series has not been picked up for a second season yet. :tv:
Now I’m going to be watching a bunch of NBA Playoff games, but I don’t plan on commenting on that on BLF. :basketball:

That seems to be typical of lots of offerings on TV recently. I often wonder if eventually the producers will find that broader appeal makes them more money than trying to drive home a message of some sort.

I had thought to try this one, but I probably won’t based on this. Not that I disagree with the message, but rather that I don’t like to be force fed anything while just trying to be entertained.

You’d think they’d learn from Dr Who and others… :brain::brain::brain:

Like maybe the recent Disney flops that cost them hundreds of millions of dollars…

All those studios decided to zegler their own movies.

""This movie is not for you! If don’t like it, don’t watch it!

And meanwhile, everyone is all like, “A’ight…”.

“No! No! That’s not what we meant!”

Finally finished watching the bodies series.
Our take? Don’t bother.
All the Best, Jeff
