Last week or the week before someone was asking about a source for the old Fenix E05. I guess it was inside another thread topic because I can’t find the post. Anyway someone else may find this useful so I’ll throw it out for whoever needs the information.
One of the Fenix distributors (the one having a sale last week) has a statement on the (closed) warehouse sale page that invites flashlight collectors who are interested in older Fenix lights to email them.
Is the old Fenix E05 available to purchase anywhere?
Hello, I like the old Fenix E05, its shorter than the E01 and has a single 27 lumen diffused output (as I’m sure you all know). I like this flashlight and think that the new E05 is a different beast. I’ve tried ordering the 27 lumen from 2 different sellers on Amazon but they send out the 2014 version. Does anyone know where I can but the original single mode Fenix E05?
