I have it, love it. Highly underrated.
It was fully regulated. Max mode until cell depleted. Lack of charging tit is also plus.

They will release a predator pro max version this year. It’s in their 2024 catalogue
Interesting. Maybe the max mode was lower output as the turbo mode on this one makes the light very hot.
I’ve seen several people on YouTube and various reviews online talk about it these lights going out after a relatively low height drop.
That has been a big red flag for me for this brand.
Plus I’ve seen several reviews showing a lot lower output than claimed
Have you drop tested any of your armytec lights have you had any reliability issues?
First gen of predators failed reliably with at least 80% rate. drivers failed. same thing happened to skilhunt h02 first gen, same story, drivers failed, On fonarevka.ru people used to buy dead predators, and rebuild them, they say in both armytec and skilhunt, solder joints failed. However later both brands improved, and it was no longer an issue, if not 100% eliminated at least not nearly as common anymore,

The “nipple” is very nice to use, though! But can be easily activated by accident.
The Partner C2 tailcap is compatible and can be used instead. It has the same internal circuit, but is even slightly recessed.

What do you mean very nice to use? What use does it have other than trying to be different than olights Already existing, and superior design. Seeing that it can be used to stick to things, and it’s flat so it can tail stand. Is it supposed to be a glass breaker or something?

It is the switch. You use it to turn the flashlight on and off.
Ah ok. Didn’t realize it was the switch. I guess I can see it then. I still think it would be better flush, but I can definitely see the reasoning behind it. Thanks.
