I ordered a pair of Vapcell P54 20 amp CDR 5400Mah 26650 batteries from Convoy and they shipped them in about the cheapest zoom flashlights I have seen. Lights are marked E-SMARTER XML-T6 and have a zoom lens but no reflector. The lights even have 5 modes, 3 brightness levels plus strobe and SOS! Very cold bluish color beam though. Remove the front bezel and zoom lens assembly and the lights become the least expensive Mule lights I have seen. The batteries, in the flashlights and including shipping from China were $18.76 for the pair.
By the way the Vapcell batteries have the flat top + end contact raised enough so they can be used in series without added solder or magnets between them.
