[WTB] old school incandescent "super bulbs": Welch -Allyn, Carley Lamps, etc...

Looking for any of the infamous G4 and G2 lamps that everyone used to build out their hotwire mods with. Examples include:

CL1499 & CL1499-h
CL1794 found!
CL1909
WA1185
WA1274
Pelican (Carley Lamps) 8354H & 8354L
etc, etc… (There were quite a few)

Hopefully an old-timer or two with a decent stash who can spare some will come across this.

-Thanks!

While I don’t have any, you’ve got me curious. Got a project in mind?

I first started getting into flashlights just as the writing on the wall regarding LEDs was becoming undeniable, just a few years before the release of the Night-Ops Gladius. So I mostly got to witness the peak and end times of incandescent mod dominance via lurking on CPF (and to a lesser extent BLF) without really doing any of the mods or having any of the lights. I have some time and resources available to me right now, so I’m trying to build up some old classic mag mods (mag85, mag74, etc…) for the fun and experience.

I’ve got high temperature lenses, reflectors, sockets, switches, and hosts mostly sorted out but I’m still hunting around for the bulbs

Obviously I’m not dead in the water here since at least Osram, Higuchi/Hikari, and Philips still produce some legacy bulbs that were part of the scene back then. However, it would still be nice to get some of the old ones, especially since WA lamps tended to feature extremely densely wound coils which were lauded for their ability to offer thrower performance well above alternative lamps in the same power/output classes.
