Hey all, I have for sale a Convoy S2+ Triple (18350 ver.) with 3 Nichia 219B 92 CRI leds. They are powered by a BLF X6 driver with Bistro UI. The light also has a lighted tail cap. The pill is a one piece copper pill/spacer made by Hoop. There is also a UCL lens in front of the Carlco optic. Driver spring is bypassed and tail switch board has double spring arrangement. The light is in excellent condition and has, in my opinion, the most perfect tint ever created! I am asking net $70 shipped to USA, or actual shipping outside US. I will include an 18350 battery with the light.
What a beauty! Surprised it hasn’t sold. There was a thread I was reading today on a custom light that had that same issue, would not work with a fully charged cell. There was a fix. I can find the thread if u need.
I think the output is somewhere around 1500+ lumens. I was tired of fooling with it as far as the battery thing went. I had already ruined another driver trying to fix the issue, so I figured I would just sell it. I found that with a full battery, just running the light on medium for about one minute dropped the charge down to the perfect level to use turbo reliably.
Edit: Okay, so I replaced the driver with a MTNDDm driver. It got rid of the battery issue for good. It still has Bistro and a lighted tail cap. Light is in excellent working condition. (need fund for the 4th annual build competition, hehe)
