Is the magnet pretty strong?

Hi Tim, not really - but it’s enough to do the job. Not like that strong pull/snap you get from a proper tube light with magnet.

Best EDC is highly subjective. I guarantee you if you ask 10 different people you will get 10 completely different answers varying from size, to lumens, to battery type, to color, to brand, etc.

Agree, I consider this one more of an emergency light that I have on a keychain etc… Something I’d be glad to have on me if I’ve forgotten my main EDC.
