It has a 5W wireless receiver that works with most wireless chargers for phones etc. I find it easier to chuck the X3 on a wireless charger instead of USB but USB-C is probably more readily available.
It works with other wireless chargers. But it’s face down when charging and you need to rotate the head to see the display.
The display shows the battery percentage while charging.
The blue LEDs breathe on and off while charging. I think you can disable them with 5 clicks.

This is a very cool flashlight but IMHO it also adds more complexity to this illumination device.
