Wurkkos FC12 at discounted EOL price a solid cheap 18650 thrower?

I’ve been tempted to death the past few days by the $29 combo deal of the FC12 and WK03. Is this a no brainer good deal for a cheap thrower?

None of those can be regarded as thrower. They are cheap EDC light with unregulated driver and cold white, low CRI emitter. To me a entry thrower has the form factor of a Convoy C8+

Thanks, I don’t need the light saber shots but just wanted something a little more throwy vs my FC11C. I think the FC12 about triples the throw of the FC11

Its an excellent light call it a thrower or not who cares really its shame they will retire it.

yes vs the fc11 it throws alot more so its a nice combo have both im very happy with them. Its budget lights but very good user-value.

I have the wk03 with the nichia 519 neutral color, very practical due to its small size with 18650.
I also have the FC12 V1 and I am going to take the same one but the current FC12 version, good interface, two normal and tactical modes and offers a balance between flooder and launcher, for my taste it is in the middle and two buttons so the wear is distributed between them, perhaps a somewhat cold light but that allows for a little more launch.
