Yup, I was thinking the same thing, so I ditched the OP reflector for the SP40A TIR, the exact same I’m using on my other single LED TS10.
Performance improved immensely, candela went from 18458 cd to 32338 cd, and now the aux LEDs aren’t hidden under the reflector anymore.
Beam comparison: 50m target distance, ISO 50, 2,5s shutter speed. RAW edited on Lightroom, same parameters for all images, including the images from my previous post. (temp, hue, exposure, etc).

The TIR is slightly scratched, so I think I could gain up to 1000 candela by using pristine optics. Not worth disassembling the light for it though.
I don’t believe that I can get better results by using a smooth reflector that can fit within the available space the T3 bezel provides, so it might stay like this for a long time.
The T2 smooth reflector is probably the best possible reflector for maximum intensity on this size, it’s a shame there isn’t a longer bezel suitable for the TS10 so it can properly close.
