XTAR Dive Light Reviewer

Hello All,

I am in need of an especially talented individual or individuals who would be interested in putting XTAR dive lights to the test. The caveat is I need divers! I am looking for underwater performance testers only. Bathtubs and pools don’t count! A write up of your experiences would be required. Videos - especially underwater ones would be super swell.

I’m no good at reviews, love reading them though, and I can certainly vouch for the Xtar D06, such a great 18650 dive torch, puts larger more expensive lights to shame. After my last wreck dive, everyone was asking me about my torch!!

Thanks for the feedback! Is it your primary light or your back-up/side arm?

For those that might be interested:

Not looking for anything technical. Selfbuilt capably handles that end. Just actual user impressions in environment of performance (notes on beam profile and throw would be especially useful), quality and ease of use, and areas of improvement.

I’m a very minimalistic diver, so I was after the brightest torch that could fit in my BCD pocket. Would have loved a D35…that’s a dive light to be jealous of!!
