A while ago i charged some batteries, some got hot, some were fine, i considered the ones that got hot, bad. However, a short while ago i bought a ts23 light, alongside my first 21700 battery. I noticed that charging the battery in the light was rather slow and I pulled out my vc4s, put the battery in, plugged it in and it was charging at 3A, i considered it fine as it was a new battery with low IR, but after a while the battery kept getting hotter and hotter, and it wasn’t even getting closer to charging voltage and i stopped. Is 3A simply too much for a wurkkos 21700 battery or what could have happened? Bummed that i can’t change charging current on the vc4s, compared to the L version.
In the future i might just charge more batteries at once or use an adapter with no quick charge.

I see, so it should have been half-ish that. Around 1.5A. Thanks.
