Take a look at the bid pattern. Either 1**n is an idiot repeatedly outbidding himself !!! Or he is one of go_market's stooges trying to stop the light from going at the kind of price you got yours for. We'll have to wait and see.
That's why i bought most of my latest acquisition on ebay. Even with the ebay and paypal comissions alot cheaper than other stores.
Most of the stores, DX, MF KD .... get payed through Paypal also (Paypal fees). So on Ebay there's only the Ebay commission that they would theoretically add to the price of the product. Paypal is everywhere so to speak.
He may be an idiot, but if you look closely at the time, what he does is not that bad:
He started bidding on the light with 1$.
Yesterday at 16.31.32 another outbid him with 7$. Though he did not know with how
much yet.
At 17.27.24 he started several bids until he reached 7.50$ at 17.31.34 and found out
that he had outbid the other guy.
At 23.15.53 he was outbid again and raised hes bid to the now actual 8.50$
Check out the other lights , and the bidders ...

Maybe I got lucky and came in when they were out for lunch = Some one might be getting there ass kicked !
But it seems to be common practice from what Ive seen .. So the more low bids you put in , maybe you can sneak one past the shills ...
I think it may be an automated 'sniper' set to raise routinely or after another's bid. The maximum bid set on the sniper will be the true minimum price the seller wants.
Yep, this is the main reason for not buying nuch stuff involving bidding, you need too much time.
