Lightest 18350 flashlight?

Olight h1 the old one without the charging bay is 43 grams with a protected aw 16340. Won’t take an 18mm cell but its one of my lightest little lights and my dedicated headlamp for that reason (also output, color and modes are just awesome). For the weight difference you can just carry a spare cell, two 16340s still beat a single 18350 in capacity.

any luck finding your dream light that:

  1. weighs 60 grams with an 18350 Aspire,
  2. does 300 preset lumens for 2 hours,
  3. with a bezel up pocket clip, and
  4. built in overdischarge protection? (the Aspire 18350 is unprotected.)

No.

Olight S1 Mini, 60 grams w 16340, +17 grams for a spare battery to achieve 2 hour runtime @ 300 lumens, total 77 grams

Emissar D4, 77 grams w 18350

The high capacity IMR cells both in 16340 and the 18350 version, are not protected. The D4 has built in over discharge protection. The S1 Mini also has built in over discharge protection, but the S Mini does not.

My Skilhunt H03 shortened with Astrolux S41 18350 tube is 65g with Aspire 18350 battery.

But you cannot buy the S41 tube by itself, only the S1/A6 tube, are they the same?

EDIT: Should be the same since the 18650 Ext. tube fits all of them S41/S42/S1/A6

short tube blf A6

Nice! Could you please describe the mods?

just what you see
upper head –1mm = –2grams
tube blf A6 lathe = –5grams
no magnet.
lenght 64.5mm

^ …that’s probably an S1 tube.
The A6 tube will thread very loosely because the threaded section is 0.8mm smaller diameter.
But, it also depends on which one Banggood sends you.
It’s a total gamble…

Nice mod by the way. :+1:

Where is he. I have the original S41 tube here.
Still in wrapper, in box. I use 18650 tube.
I’m Australia. no cost just postage to.
