I used to get colds and flu's and killer migraines all the time until my wife finally convinced me to change my diet. I miss the potato chips, ice cream, cookies, fatty foods and junk food in general but not enough to ever go back. Just an occasional cheat once in a while with no harm done. The real downer was the headaches and I'm glad they are gone for good as they basically crippled me every time they came along.
When I lived down South and UK. winter was a blight. Shit weather. shit health.

That is a works of a normal (I did not say healthy) body.
But it is a lot better than hearing the hazmat guy say: our pathologist found blood in your goo.
I tried a (lame) variation on what Dino Crocetti supposedly was told the last time he had a physical:
“I am afraid we found traces of what we think is blood in your alcohol”.
What about me? I am so full of anti-bodies that I wonder what the f… happened to all the bodies.
Poor old Raccoon
Get well soon,
Alcohol will kill those bugs,
Drink it down in lots of jugs.
This ancient remedy works for me…
A few shots of whiskey or other spirit works wonders.
First it numbs your aches and pains, then it cleanses the germs out of your system.
I think people were using this “medicine” long before paracetamol and cough mixture were invented.
I rarely buy any medications at the pharmacy.
