Might be your monitor because the pics from both those links look very “goldish yellow” to me 
Ha I had screen invert on my phone turned on last night smack head. Any who… the batteries seem to work great. I’d been using 21700s but the slight increase in weight to use the 26800 seems like a great trade off and I can’t see a significant drop in brightness

Ha yep me too. Just went for a walk with my D18. Beautiful soft yellow beam but throws out a massive amount of light on turbo. Ready for another light!

Nice flashlight but to me it do look like the top is much bigger than the body, that is why I thought it could be 3x 21700. It seem like it is bigger than new Fireflies E12R, which has tighter led patterns.
I think we need to have a comparison for them!

It would be interesting to see this not only with 3 red emitters, but also with 3 phosphor converted amber emitters, like the Osram KY.
