I saw some notification "pop-up" on the front page about only having a pair in each order or something like that..
They will split your orders automatically to send just a pair per package.
I ordered 2 packs of protected, and 1 unprotected = 6 batteries for $40
Nice deal, I got 4 for 22.02. I am not sure who I bought them from but hopefully they are on the way.
Only thing that sucks is you can only order one pair at a time for shipping reasons and it keeps your cost below the $15 threshold of free tracking #.
I went without the tracking as all it seems to do is pizz me off. Usually never updates until I actually have it in hand.

I ordered the Pana Unprotected button tops.
I have really been getting into the unprotected batteries lately and can’t get over how much more amps some of my lights will draw on the unprotected vs protected.
That circuitry must really limit the flow/resistance or whatever, all I know is my lights are brighter with qulity unprotected’s.
I still use the protected’s in any multiple/series light and would never gift these unprotected batteries to a noob.

Why are they splitting the packages? I ordered 4 batteries so I should get 2 packages?
You are right about the batteries being the limiting factor in some flashlight drivers. I have one light I have tested all my batteries on which takes two series batteries. I only have one set of batteries that utilize the driver fully. The current when I use these batteries is 1.8amps tail current while every other set of batteries draw about 1.43amps. Anyway I can’t wait to see how much current is drawn using these batteries.

I prefer them splitting up the orders. “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket”. The odds of all your batteries being lost in transit is lessened.
