If the Kronos team has not logged in in almost 5 months, it’s pretty good odds there will be no light and this group buy is over.

If Kronos logs In and is willing I am sure some one or a few of us can take over the group buy.

I think we are waiting on SB?

I think it’s up to team Kronos? It’s there light they done the design and driver work. Message Kronos and ask what he is doing and why it was stopped. Maybe Kronos doesn’t have the time.
If it need 500+ people to buy in to continue you will need more people to sign up or negotiate a lower amount?

You you can’t have a group buy if there is no flashlight being produced.

Thorfire had already started the light. They had running prototypes. It really depends on what happen.

Forget about this project guys…..it looks it’s not going to happen.

For those can modify flashlights i suggest you buy the driver from Lexel or TA with Narsil firmware and it works like a charm. I mod mine few months ago

You can also use smooth reflector from Convoy L6 and it fits Thorfire S70S.

Yea grab a S70 get a good driver like a direct drive and a XHP70.2 should be good for 6000+ lumens. Of very usable light.

Latecomer to this thread, really excited by the OP, wanted to add my interest for 1, both SMO and OP reflectors plus batteries....

Alas, seems the wind is out of the sails, damn shame. Seems like so much enthusiasm at the outset... As suggested above, modding with a 70.2 to an S70 might be doable, but this would have been a nice turnkey model...

(Sigh)

You would think that Thorfire would be willing to release this light with a S70s driver, since the light itself is ready to go. I would still buy it and then swap out the driver for one with narsilm.
