Hi all, I received my replacement buttontops today and they are charging AWS, but Banggood did not send either a return shipping label nor a reuseable package to send the flattops back. I requested both several times. I had over a dozen email conversations to make this happen. Neal on this site has never returned my PM, so I fought through the language barrier and the ridiculous “video of the unpackaging” to finally get what I in good faith purchased. I am not gonna pay USPS twenty more dollars to mail the wrong items back. The forum’s thoughts?

PS, I should have added that I currently have over a hundred flattop laptop pulls and REALLY do not have any use for the flattops, hence my emails to them about a return package and prepaid postage.

Keep some of the lesser pack pulls in reserve and use one of the best 18650 cells available in their place. Or sell the 30Q’s. Plenty of people have offered to make those who got the wrong cells whole again. I imagine a wts thread would be quite successful.

Yea but like carmanti those cells are not ours to sell. We are ready to send them back at BG’s expense. Just tell us what we need to do!.

Did you pay Banggood anything; like $2.50 a cell as many others have done? Or they sent them as replacements at no cost? In either case I don’t think BG wants to pay a dime for the return shipping. It is not economical.

Offer the flat-tops for sale at $2.50 each plus shipping. If someone can use them they will buy. Then pay the $2.50 per cell to banggood and have replacement button-tops sent. No one gets ripped off and cells wind up in the hands of users who need them.

I received an email that they have shipped the button-tops early March. 2 weeks later the tracking number only shows ” Item pre-advised”. Probably they have send nothing. Just an email to stop the Paypal dispute. The BG scamming continues…

It makes no sense ppl thanking BG for a 2-3 month full of troubles delivery. I pay for the item and i expect it to be delivered on time. If I pay for the item and you waste my time with your BG scamming tactics, I want my money back. Either case nothing to be thankful about.

And they will never make another group buy on batteries. At least not with BLF!

If they can’t deliver maybe BLF shouldn’t do any more group buys, or any buys at all, with them.

Let’s have some ppl waste their money and time, so others can be “happy” because luckily they weren’t the ones that got scummed. Way to go!

I received my replacement button-tops Saturday.


Paid for 4 but 5 arrived?!

The button top package is “Item pre-advice received” since March 4. I do not think it will be shipped. I will wait until the weekend. If there is no movement then I ask back the money.

Placed my order and paid by PayPal on 25th Feb .

Waited patiently as I too received the “Item pre-advice received” message.

But yesterday I received the below message , and already in the process of full refund back to me.

” Order xxxxxxxx canceled & refunded for limited shipping ”

Order placed 3/3 marked as shipped 3/4 but actually shipped 3/6 and no updates on 17track since 3/7 when the item was processed through a facility in Shenzhen. It seems I’ll be getting the gb blf-348s ordered 3/11 before these 30q.

So after paying the extra to keep the flat tops I too have seen no sign of the original ones. The tracking just states “Item pre-advice received” since 4th March.

No email to say they couldn’t send due to new postal restrictions or anything.

Neal, if you are reading this can you look into it please.

This just keeps getting worse. I now wish I hadn’t agreed to pay extra for the flat tops sent in error.

Also M4D M4X, You have been very quiet. As the organizer of this group buy I would expect a little more input. I’m sure you benefited quite nicely from everyone using your affiliate links. Could you at least ask Neal about my orders please?

Same here, but 17track additionally says “Warning message” since a couple of days ago.

I received 4 flat tops after ordering button tops (not through the group buy). So I paid $10 to get 4 button tops. Just got a mail from BG cs today to tell me the package had been returned and asking whether I want a refund or resend. No idea why the package was returned, have asked them to check address and resend, this has to be the longest wait I’ve had to receive the correct item from BG. Hopefully get there in the end. Currently using the flat tops with magnets in my TM16GT with no issues, but would rather have button tops in there for peace of mind.
