I’ve been using some excellent dive lights for underwater art photography, and they contain (amongst a red and blue light strip) 15 LED’s of supposed CREE origin. I have measured the light to be roughly 5500 lumen, based upon comparing it with my original lights.
The LED’s dont really look like SST-90 to me. At all. And as far as I can see there exist no combined 4 x XM-L2 under a single mini lens configurations (But I’m far from an expert).
I do not recognise them. Could well be chinese. Chinese leds moved up from poor quality to mediocre quality in the last years, these leds could be reasonably ok but I fear for the tint.
Hehe I already have the similar light but with the 15-led configuration. It’s a wide-beam flood type light and of course the promo/spec sheet is chinese nonsense. But it’s bright and has an insane angle, so that’s what I was looking for. Just wondering if the ones with the 6-led configuration are even brighter perhaps!
The LEDs are probably ok in output even if they are the “chinese equivalent” stuff, go search here in BLF for the Rome Asahi Q30 thread, the light is supposed to be 3 x 70.2 but instead it’s chinese 7070. Even then, it’s decent output for that light for the kind of price (i was able to get it for just usd 44 or so, but still not low enough i was aiming for like usd 35 ), 7-8k lumens in a ceiling bounce, even if it isn’t a 21k lumens Haikelite MT09R. For sure you can push 7-8k out of a single Cree 70.2, but i am pretty sure that your lm/W efficiency would be way worse than even the “nasty” chinese LEDs.
All these stuff is really dependent on the driver and how much it’s pushing, coz as we all know you can run 50k lumens in a 1kg light underwater and there still would not be an overheating issue for the LEDs.
So 6 pieces, 15 pieces of the LED in the light it’s going to be the same thing unless they do spec a higher power driver/more batteries in the bigger light with more LEDs, then would it make a practical difference in real life.
And i suppose if you are doing some videography as well then the tint is reasonably important.

I read that it’s about 6000 lumens in reality in one user review, so i suppose it wouldn’t be a 1000 lumen light.
At usd 37 for the links below, i think it’d be difficult to ask for more from the price. If you want more light, go for 2 or even more, nets you longer runtimes as well.
I had such light and it leaked on a first shallow 15m dive.
Salt water killed everything

Same trouble here. My leaked after 5 dives.I was able to save mine and found the the switch is poorly designed and allows water in.
I bought another light 6LEDs 9090, slightly different body style , more like one pictured with camera on previous post, and I took the switch apart and noticed that this light has improved switch. They added another silicone membrane to stop water from ever coming in contact with button shaft.
I use two of these , have about 40 dives with them up to 30m and so far so good!
Very bright, but fairly small and in comparison by far cheapest out there.
If you are looking for powerful light with wide angle beam , check the link below. I bought two of these and have about 60 dives with them and so far they perform well. Very reasonable price
