I think cheap M3X is a history. I recommended DD for a guy interested in M3X, he created an order, but now they told him to pay more (almost double the original price) otherwise they're not going to fulfill his order. Scammers!

No idea. I think it looks awesome but even after coupons and whatnot, it's still too expensive for my tastes.
That would be the SR 3800, which is known to experience issues after a while. The one I got from DD a month or two back was the screw-in version, btw.
