PACKAGE AND DESIGN
Acebeam has never been cheap. Neither price nor design. So is here. You pay a lot, but you get as much as possible.
The package here is a thick-walled cardboard box with a nice gift design. Good, but to be honest, not amazingly good. I’ve also seen more impressive self-selling boxes.

The kit consists of almost everything you need: a flashlight, a silicone head cover, a 60w charging unit and a PD cable to it, o-rings and … what is it?

it’s a spare fan!

By the way, why “almost? Of course, holster will be useless with 1.3kg of X75 weight, it would be worth adding a shoulder strap to the kit.
And here is the flashlight itself. If its younger brother Acebeam X50.2 was, for all its colossal brightness, a representative of the “soda can” format, then Acebeam X75 is much larger.

Much.
And here is the flashlight itself. Traditionally, this is a black brutal body with an impressive machining and construction. The flashlight is very far from what you will see on store shelves.

The flashlight pleases the eye with an abundance of all sorts of edges, sharp corners and other amenities of a brutal design. Classic man`s toy.

The flashlight can be disassembled into a battery pack and a head. The knurling of the battery pack is unusual and pleasant.
The tailcap hides USB-C charging connector

And there are not only the usual charge process indicators (red-blue-green), but even a reset switch in case something goes wrong!

Charging is fast, about an hour and a half. At maximum, the flashlight takes 60 watts, no more (I used a powerful 100w GaN charger by Ugreen).
In the power bank mode Acebeam X75 honestly reaches declared 100w. So you can even power a laptop! I measured 53 watts*hours of output capacity. Let me remind for average user that a 10000mah power bank has 37 watts * hours capacity.

Acebeam didn’t rely on the usual contact ring and used thick and huge spring-loaded contact pad instead to make sure contact will be really tight. By the way, take a look at a bunch of these tunnels going up through the cooling fins

And here is the head. One may expect such super-bright flashlight to have super-size head, but no. If you would like to see something really colossal and useless, check my review Mateminco MT90 PLUS.

So, the head of the Acebeam X75 is noticeably larger than that of the X50.2. As you can see, they share quite similar design approach, so flashlight look like relatives. Not two brothers, but sort of cousin. Acebeam X75 has significantly more complicated design and machining.

Like in X50.2, there is a special valve for the unlikely situation that you need to relief gass pressure from the battery pack

Button is located on the body, like in case of X50.2, but both the buttons and the mechanical switch for blocking them are placed on the handle
The handle is ergonomic, with good weight distribution. Control directly from the handle is more convenient than in X50.2

There is a tripod mount on the opposite side from the handle

Manufacturer did a great job of handle heat dissipation. And X75 generates incredible amount of heat.
The cooling fins here are numerous and deep, they have the aforementioned through holes

But relying on cooling fins alone would be pointless here. So Acebeam took advantage of the built-in fan. But they put it not in the handle nor on the sides of the body, but behind a special copper radiator!

Let me remind you that there is a spare fan in the kit.

Of course, this design means that the X75 is not the kind of flashlight that should be dropped into a puddle and mud.

So, Acebeam X50.2 is not a simple flashlight, but I think Acebeam X75 is on a completely different level of engineering complexity.

And here’s something else unusual - a silicone case on bezel. In addition to the main purpose - to protect the head of a flashlight during falls and bumps, it has an unusual feature: it changes color from gray to white when temperature grows over 50celcius.

And what about the bezel? There are a dozen medium sized reflectors with either XHP70.2 or XHP70.3 to choose from. The has higher brightness or neutral white light, the second has better throw.
Please note - I write about XHP70.3 LEDs version in this review. Dedomed LEDs, i.e. without light-diffusing silicone dome. There will be less brightness here, but the range is significantly higher.

I am sure that many will be interested to look at the internals of Acebeam X75. I cannot fully disassemble it, but manufacturer kindly gave me some pics. There is boost driver that provides stabilized brightness, not one that will gradually descend according to battery discharge.

UI
Simple and convenient.

Pics are really clear, but, well…i met some people who couldnt read runtime chart. So i add some words to pics.
An additional (the larger one) button turns off the running fan, also it turns fan completely ON\OFF by three clicks. Button starts the turbo just by clicking from OFF
10 clicks switches between POWER and ECO modes, which differ only in the operating time at higher brightness.
The main button works according to the usual scheme:
hold out off - Ultralow
by click OFF-ON
2 clicks - turbo
3 clicks - strobe
HOW ACEBEAM X75 ILLUMINATES
Unlike its competitor brand (well, you know what I’m talking about), if Acebeam promises a stabilized brightness, it will be. Usually, it always is.
Acebeam X75 has an excellent runtime in higher modes. Even the monstrous, colossal turbo lasts more than you would expect from 65000-80000 lumens. From a cold start, of course. Repeated hot start dramatically reduces runtime and this is not surprising.

And here’s what surprised me. I turned on HIGH on a cold balcony, opened the windows for a some fresh air…and with built-in fan ON it was enough to keep this crazy brightness lasts for a very long time with an insignificant drawdown.

Achtung! 990 lumens Ultralow is the level that was standart of short-time turbo for EDC lights just 5-6 years ago. Until the SST40 raised it to almost 2 thousand lumens. And here this is Ultralow mode! 9.5 hours is enough for the overnight use , of course. But I would prefer additionatl level of 300-400 lumens that will give reserve for the second night. And 990 lum will be too bright blinding light for indoor use in a number of situations.
Although, of course, who would choose a super-bright flashlight like the Acebeam X75 for indoor work…
BTW, I note that some modes worked longer than stated, some shorter.
At distances within hundreds of meters, both High and Turbo are redundant
Light is awesome far and wide. It can penetrate into the distance, while maintaining a fair amount of sidelight

As for the light itself, let me remind you that the XHP70.3 version that came to my review is much long-throw than the XHP70.2 version
But, of course, this is not some kind of “piercer”. The light is actually wide and versatile. Light of X50.2 is, of course, wider.
Ah, yes, my X50.2 is a neutral white, looks better than the cold light of XHP70.2. However, at low brightness the difference is not as significant as in High and Turbo, which highlight all the dust in the air.

The Acebeam X75 doesn’t need to go into high modes even at 200m distances. And you usually need long-throw flashlight to work at this distance. The flashlight illuminates quite well here far and wide on long lasting medio

But at 350m you need High and Turbo modes.

The same is true for the 600m distance. The manufacturer claims 1.3 km of maximum range, but I look at things realistically. I would expect the Acebeam X75 to be able to give some useful light at a distance of just below a kilometer in Turbo mode. 1.3km will require Acebeam K75. Small reflectors cannot focus light, even dozen reflectors with bright LED.
So, within the distance of 1km, the flashlight illuminates both far and wide, becoming a real searchlight, the light of which will be seen by everyone.

and here is Acebeam X75 video review (comparison with Acebeam X50.2)
OVERALL
Acebeam again successfully copes with a task that many other brands fail. It is a task to make flashlights with maximum possible brightness or throw. And at the same time, the flashlight should be convenient to use and not be a marketing toy with a short turbo-blitz.
Acebeam can do all needed and I am sincerely happy with each of their flashlights: stylish, comfortable and practical. Though there are rare exceptions when they make just a good flashlight, and not a great one.
Acebeam X75 is just proof that Acebeam can. This is an extraordinary, extremely advanced flashlight, in every detail of which you can see the attention to both design and construction, and - which many manufacturers forget, to the convenience and logic of real use. What can I say, they even added a spare fan in kit. Although they could sell fan separately and ask at a hefty price for it.
I think Acebeam X75 looks amazingly attractive. Although there is something to improve here, for example, to add some elements of color anodizing - then look of X75 would be simply irresistible.
The flashlight has a capacious power supply of 4 * 21700 batteries and fast charging and a powerful power bank mode. By the way, I would not abuse either one or the other - the less you load the battery when charging or discharging, the longer it will live.
Acebeam X75 has convenient control, both in terms of the interface and the speed of access to the buttons. There is a thread for a tripod. Not such an advantage for many - but it is.
But the handle pen is a definite PRO. Another example of modern super-bright flashlight Imalent MR90 gets hot to the point when you simply cannot hold it after some minutes in higher modes. Here there are no problems at all.
Well, the main thing is the light. The light here is just a phenomenon
Somewhat brighter with XHP70.2. version and longer range with XHP70.3. And there is also XHP70.2 with neutral light! What surprised me was the cooling efficiency. In cold weather and with some wind assisted by the built-in fan, the flashlight will hold a whopping 20,000 lumens of HIGH mode with only a slight stepdown. Other modes, even Mid 2 at 10,000 lumes, sustained quite well at room temperature.
Once again - here the brightness is stabilized, not sinking as it battery discharges. The minimum brightness of the Acebeam X75 was considered level of TURBO not so long ago, a brief turbo mode. And here you get almost 10 hours of constant and bright light. I would even say that it is too bright for some situations and here is the only obvious disadvantage for me. I think that the flashlight definitely needs a mode at the level of 300-400 lum that way. May be, by the way, it would be great to get an optional long 8 * 21700 battery.
The versatility of the light distribution will allow you to break through well into the distance, while illuminating everything around. Of course, I would not rely on the declared maximum range
All this honey, alas, has its downside. This is the flagship model in the Acebeam model line, so price it is at the level of the flagship models by other brands. I mean really. a. lot. Not frankly monstrously high price (at least for flashaholic), but still at the level that for the average user this Acebeam X75 review is only interesting from the standpoint of entertaining reading matter. Such a modest budget user is more likely to take the much less bright, but dual-light budget king Wurkkos TS32.
But if your income allows you to take something the most powerful without exchanging for compromises - once again Acebeam will give you all this to the maximum.
Bravo, bravo Acebeam.
