EDIT: I might have found the reason for why I wasn’t able to post links for the prices I came across. For an explanation see my new post below this one!
The Liitokala 4695E battery appears to be on sale Liitokala Official Store and the LiitoKala Enterprise Store, at least in the AE app (on my Ipad), but I’m not able to replicate those same offers on their website (on my laptop), so I can’t post links that (consistently) show the prices I just encountered.
I will post the links to the listings/stores below though, so maybe check it out for yourself and see if it does pop up for you!
The best offers I found (in the App) where from the LiitoKala Enterprise Store. They have/had the 4695E on sale for € 11,86 (which is already extremely cheap for a 46950), but with a store coupon and a small ‘coin discount’, I managed to get it down to € 10,38! (That is with free shipping.)
After that I tried to find out how low I could get the price of a 4695E, if I selected the option for multiple quantities, and eventually landed on the ‘5PCS’ “bundle” which was priced at € 50,53. With a € 2,68 store discount (for ordering above € 33,11), a store coupon of € 1,79, a coin discount of € 2,53 and an AE Summer Sale coupon of € 8,-, the price came down to € 35,53!
So I’ve got 5 46950 batteries for (roughly) € 7,10 each, including shipping! 
I would be totally amazed if I would actually recieve them for this price, but we will see. 
So it might be worth checking if those prices might pop up for you somehow:

By the way: I’ve got no clue yet what I’m going to do with the (hopefully) 6 incoming 46950’s, but a total of 180.000mAh could make a nice powerbank!
