I finally had the time to do a capacity test on that battery. I did a 5A CC discharge test with a 2,8V cut off. (The ‘datasheet’ mentioned 2 cut off voltages, 2,8 and 2,5, but I hadn’t had the time to figure out when to use each, so I just went whit the higher of the 2.)
I tested it on my Atorch DL24 (with the 46950 capable holder).
It ended up with a 31103mAh capacity, so (well) over the stated 30000mAh rating. Maybe if I would’ve discharged it to (the also mentioned) 2,5V cut off, I might have gained a tiny bit more.
Testing above the 30Ah rating was something that I already expected, because these cells appear to be ‘C-grade’/“rejected”(?) EVE INR4695E, which are 32Ah rated, so I think LiitoKala is just on the cautious side in listing its capacity.

I now also have a 32000mAh Lumintop 46950, which I will test next under the same conditions, to compare it to battery tested above.
