Dam...Jeansy went off line...what a TEASE...

Lol, sorry, here’s a comparison

And a couple more…

+1 interested in what tint is pictured (must be 5A?)
Does the fat helm of a jeans pocket slide all the way to the top of the clip?

Jeansy,

What’s the light on the far right?

Yes it’s 5A, warm but not too much, looks great.

As for jeans, yes sits all the way in, bit loose at first but it gets a little tight at the end, just right, hope it doesn’t loosen with time as it is a little thin maybe…

Solarforce K3 MT-G2 head on an L2X body and one of their seperate tailcaps but I can’t remember which one!

nice jeans

but carpet… well… de gustibus non est disputandum

I like the clip

I got mine too, and unbelievably a rested 20R does 5.80A right out of the box! Lightbox shows 1366 lumens, this is a 3D.

5A does 5.36A on the same rested cell, for 1021.2.

This is not one of my better cells, it’s older and well used. I’ll find out what these do with the new top cells.

Can’t believe that 5.8A though, considering that it’s got no spring bypasses and I haven’t even checked that the retaining rings are snug.

I personally don’t like the clips. The little wing tabs that allow it to be pressed on are too large, will hang or scratch things.

I also don’t like the 5A tint. Will be sending that one away poste haste. The 3D is sweet. 5A is far too warm for me.

Thank you!!!

Could you please put me down for 1 NW. Thanks

Can I use any 18650’s in this light? The batteries I have are NCR18650A’s & B’s (protected panasonic, made in Japan cells). Is that fine to use in this light?

No..You can't use any 18650 or any batteries in this light. You see...if you do...it will start to do things and you will start to think that you are some kind of sci-fi space soldier and THEN go back and get more Remember...ToyKeeper made the UI

No seriously speaking....yes you can use any 18650 and the one's you have are just fine. Even with the standard (non-INR/IMR) cells this thing kicks butt.

Thanks, I wasn’t sure, because sometimes these cells don’t fit. Also I saw people talking about 18350’s and I don’t even know what that is.

Just a reminder to USA buyers that need/want batteries.....

Many have bought batteries from overseas but many have not, especially the hi-perf batteries. Some are worried about fakes, time, etc.

We DO have two vendors who are VERY worthy of our support and patronage AND you know what you are getting
