The only review I’m aware of had a few interesting things to say… It looks like the unit they reviewed was the 4th one made, serial number CQS560004. The comments I noticed are:
So, it sounds like it controls brightness with “loose, tight, and tighter”. The charge LED is inside and goes red/green to show status. And the beam is some sort of Cree “white”, but that could be anything from 3500K to 7000K. The reviewer said it looks a lot better than the iPhone 6 flash LED (s), and better than an ancient 5mm LED, but those aren’t very useful reference points.
Yep, you can see inside the head it uses a metal dome snap button. Low would be when initial contact is made with the top of the dome. Twist more, you overcome the resistance of the dome shape, it snaps inward to touch a contact under it in the center.

The mode control, translation is right. twist on low,and keep twisting it tighter, high.
The tint,I think he means cool white. I will check.
