Hello, citizens of the flat earth!
Somebody know Me as the smallest manufacturer of the best and most expense (hi to SORAA) led bulbs and lamps with SunLike SOL and SAW (3-R), SunLikePLUS, and in near future StarLike® LEDs.
Now I have 1-2 workers. And I am going to start mass production of some LED bulb’s models. 4 mass models with SOL LEDs and 1 with SAW (TRI-R seoulsemiconductors) LEDs.
But it really difficult to deal with seoul’s guys =( They did not sell their LEDs directly (may be by huge quantity).
1st mass model will be with 40pcs SOL smd 2835 0.5W LEDs, it will be 7W GX53 (the same with 6W on my site, but bigger led driver (from 9w model), and many smd LEDs (not 1-3pcs COB LEDs), price will be 25$
2nd mass model will be with 75pcs SOL smd 2835 0.5W LEDs — 15W dimmable E27/B22 “asian style” body (Ø 75mm) for 40$
I already draw 65mm pcb for this 2 models (spended 22+ hours)
3d model is 7C model like 6C (in my site), but with big 19W COB (in 6C model 6W COB LED) and bigger led driver (from 9w model). It can be E27/B22/e14/GU10/gu5.3/MR16 for 25$
4th and 5th mass model have the same with SunLike∞ 8W model body what can be E27/B22/e14/GU10/gu5.3/MR16 with big 20w Qihan led driver (ou course upgraded by Me like all my led drivers to 130° Rubycon RX30 capacitors) with capacitors: 400v 6.8uf+6.8uf+2.2uf CBB; 63v100uf+100v4.7uf CBB. Difference will be in power and LEDs. 4th model will be 10W (10.5 when it cold and 10.0w when it hot) with big 19W COB led for 30$. 5th model will be 11W (11 when it cold or hot, I will know later when I will tested it, Δ must be 30-30°) with 15W COB SAW (TRI-R from seoulsemico) or with 36pcs 3030 smd LEDs from they for 33$ (if I will buy their LEDs by good price, to this moment I bought their LEDs by regular price from their regional dealers in Russia and Ukraine, no discounts or wholesale prices). Today I almost done pcb for 36pcs 3030 6v SunLike TRI-R (3-R) LEDs
The idea of mass bulbs was to do it CHEAP. Yes, I understand that 40$ for bulb is f#cking expensive (just try to imagine hos is it seems in Belarus get 200$ per month (yes, my workers agree with this money for their job, thanks to lukashenko).
But for mass models I can do discounts. For example, 11w regular price is 33$ (with 6$ worldwide shipping from Belarus), 5+ pcs with 5% discount, 10+ pcs with 10% discount, 15+ — 15, 20+ — 20, 25+ — 25% discount — 24.75$, not 33$ (with 6$ shipping for all bulbs, yes, it cost much more 6$, but it is some kind of discount).
And finally! Wholesale price! HALF price! (If 200+ pcs, shippinr not included, but from Belarus it is cheap and fast).
I can not imagined when I started producing of SunLike bulbs in start of 2018 that I can sell it with 50% discount. Now I have workers, I can find any numbers of workers here (let be honest, there is most cheap workers in Europe, the same in Ukraine, it is some kind of 21th century slaves).
So, the problem is to buy leds from seoulsemico with good price. Quantity will be huge for good price (20 months ago his manager told me about 1000000$ per year, now situation changes).
Another situation… I find perfect aluminum LED bulb’s body. It produce in 1 manufacturer for all China, all another do twise lighter alluminium part-radiator (like 6-7w model on my site). Now fabric do not produce this bodies anymore. I have about 115pcs in my storage. But they can produce it again. 3000pcs, and it is the problen too for me =(
I like this body. It is the biggest for this diameter (60mm). It is like old school bodies for first led bulbs 10 years ago. Heavy, big size anf quantity of radiator (fin)
Let me compare it with REMEZ (once cheap LED bulbs with SunLike LEDs what I know and what I trying to sell)
Regular price is 8$ for 9W E27 model and only 3000k and 5700k.
There is 9pcs SunLike 6v 3030 smd LEDs. It can not work from 110/120v line without flashing cose it is only 3.3uf capacitor. But real problem, that it will works about 2000 hours (1 year with ordinary using ~4 hours per day).
My 11w mass butbs will have 36pcs 6v 3030 smd SunLike TRI-R LEDs 4000/4200/4300k (most likely spectrum) and heavy aluminium body-radiator what can be easy opened if you will need to repair or change led driver. Most upgraded power supply (led driver) what your ever seen (130° capacitors + CBB film capacitors and NTC resistor and another)
Quantity of LEDs and hot level gives ~125% effectiveness, so my 11W bulb like 14W 12.5-13W REMEZ.
Still 33$ vs 8$, with shipping 39$ vs 14$
and 2.8$ VS 1.555$ per watt.
If with 25% discount and without shipping, it will be:
1.77$ VS 0.9$
So, it is only 2 times difference per watt price between my mass model and REMEZ.
But REMEZ must die after 1 year, my must works 20-35 years (I hope).
Now I need only 1 thing to starting produce of mass models. It is MONEY. I fing cheap shipping company from China without customs tax, I find contacts with all manufacturers of tge led bulbs parts, I have workers, instruments and production experience. I am going to sell my car, but I will need another (I leaving alone in village with my sun) and it is going something like a war in Belarus and worlds 2nd wave of covid-20.
May be someone can help me and order bulbs with wholesale discount?
