Good call. Considering shipping is included in this case I don't see why the group buy rate can't be at the wholesale rate. Of course, we'll never know if that rate is already factoring in a portion of shipping costs.

For Wholesale price we only need to pack once;While group buy we have to pack 20 packages. and the shipping cost of one parcel by express is much much cheaper than shipping 20+ packages.
