Just to confirm:
My 20mm copper MCPCB order from Fasttech came in and the board is good! It really is DTP (as stated above by Barkuti and others), I am currently building a C8 with a XP-G3 on this board.

Thanks everyone for your input, this MCPCB looks great for this price. It appears it was stamped from a copper board and not milled (like other, more expensive MCPCBs) but I honestly don’t care about that.
This board is good for modding projects.

edit: Just to update my post after looking at the product pictures, the DTP copper strip under the thermal pad is slightly smaller, more compact than the picture. It shouldn’t make a difference though.
